Risk visualisation
Charts below show workload and risk from the schedule data. Use them to balance effort and uncertainty across people and subsystems.
Workload by person and priority
Stacked bars show remaining workdays per person (RL, JE, Joint, YES), split by priority (1 = highest). Use this to see who has the most work and whether high-priority tasks are concentrated on one person.
Workload with risk range
Blue bars are base (planned) workdays per person; orange error bars show the extra days that uncertainty can add (upper bound). Use this to compare total exposure to delay by person.
Risk score by subassembly and priority
Heatmap of risk score (remaining workdays × uncertainty multiplier) by subassembly and priority. Darker red = higher risk. Use this to spot which areas and priorities need risk-reduction first.
